Ragi Moringa Dosa


Iron rich healthy and highly nutritious ragi moringa dosa.


  • Ragi Flour– 2 cups
  • Urad Dal– 1/2 cup
  • Moringa leaves– one handful
  • Onion thinly diced–
  • 2 nos
  • Water
  • Salt to taste


  1. Soak Urad dal for three hours
  2. Grind the Urad dal in a grinder/mixer
  3. Add Ragi flour and required salt and water and keep aside
  4. Ferment it for 6 hours or overnight
  5. Make the fermented batter to dosa consistency by adding water
  6. Add moringa leaves and onions
  7. Make dosas and serve hot

Prep Time - 30 mins

Cook Time - 10 mins
