Ragi Moringa Dosa
Iron rich healthy and highly nutritious ragi moringa dosa.
Ingredients
- Ragi Flour– 2 cups
- Urad Dal– 1/2 cup
- Moringa leaves– one handful
- Onion thinly diced–
- 2 nos
- Water
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Soak Urad dal for three hours
- Grind the Urad dal in a grinder/mixer
- Add Ragi flour and required salt and water and keep aside
- Ferment it for 6 hours or overnight
- Make the fermented batter to dosa consistency by adding water
- Add moringa leaves and onions
- Make dosas and serve hot
