Delicious and Healthy Kodo (Varagu) Millet Soup 

Ingredients

  • Varagu rice– 4 to 5 tsp
  • Water– 2 cups
  • Pepper crushed – 1 tsp
  • Jeeragam crushed – ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves – 2 nos
  • Crushed Small onion – 3 nos
  • Fenugreek – 1 tsp
  • Coriander
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Add Varagu rice - 4 to 5 tsp after washing thoroughly
  2. Add 2 cups water, pepper crushed, Jeeragam crushed roughly, 2 garlic cloves, 3 nos crushed small onion, fenugreek  and little salt
  3. Boil it now
  4. Once rice cooked turn off the stove and garnish with coriander
  5. Optional we can add coconut milk once cooled

Prep Time - 5 mins

Cook Time - 5 mins
