Thinai Sweet Pongal
Thinai Sweet Pongal is a delicious South Indian dish
Ingredients
- Thinai – 1/2 cup
- Water– 1.1/2 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Cashew
- Elachi
- Ghee
Steps
- Take Thinai ½ cup ( no need to soak)
- Add 1.1/2 cups of water
- Mix Thinai with water and pressure cook for 5 whistles
- Add the cooked Thinai and Jaggery to a pan
- Keep cooking till the right consistency
- Garnish with Cashew, Elachi and Ghee
