Ragi roti is a breakfast food, popular on the state of Karnataka, India.

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour – 1 cup
  • Rice flour – ½ cup
  • Water– 1 cup
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Add 1 cup of water and required salt to a pressure cooker.
  2. When the water comes to a rolling boil, add Ragi flour and Rice flour and give a gentle mix.
  3. Switch off the flame and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
  4. Once the pressure cooker cools down, kneed the dough together.
  5. Roll it into Rotis.
  6. Serve with chutney or sauce.

Cook Time - 10 mins
