Ragi Roti
Ragi roti is a breakfast food, popular on the state of Karnataka, India.
Ingredients
- Ragi flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – ½ cup
- Water– 1 cup
- Salt
Steps
- Add 1 cup of water and required salt to a pressure cooker.
- When the water comes to a rolling boil, add Ragi flour and Rice flour and give a gentle mix.
- Switch off the flame and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- Once the pressure cooker cools down, kneed the dough together.
- Roll it into Rotis.
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
