Jowar Roti
Jolada rotti is an unleavened Indian bread made out of jowar.
Ingredients
- Jowar flour
- Veggies as much as you want (onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage)
- Seeragam
- Crushed green chillies
- Chana dal (Kadala Paruppu)
- Salt
Steps:
- Make dough by adding water.
Note: vegetables will ooze some water, so alter water accordingly. - Place a ball of dough on a wet cloth on the counter/flat plate/board, pat it (not rolling pin) to required thickness and then fry it in hot oil.
- Serve with any chutney or sauce.
