Kodo Millet (Varagu) Curd Rice
Delicious curd rice added with Kodu Millet (varagu)
Ingredients
- Kodo Milllet – 1 cup
- Water as required
- Salt as needed

Fresh curd – 2 cups
For Garnishing - Chopped Mango
- Chopped Onion
- Curry leaves
- Pomegranate fruit
Steps
- Wash the Kodo millet well
- Soak it for sometime and cook the Kodo millet with the ratio of 1:3 cups of rice and water in a cooker on medium flame.
- After cooked, add salt,2 cups of fresh curd and stir it well.
- Finally you can add chopped mango, onion, curry leaves, pomegranate fruit for garnishing and to enrich the taste.

Cook Time - 15 mins
