Karuppu Kavuni Porridge
Black Rice Porridge is one of the most nutritious and filling porridge recipes.
Ingredients
- Karuppu Kavuni Rice - 1 cup
- Milk as required

Salt to taste
For Garnishing: - Small onions
- Coconut chutney
Steps
- Soak the Karuppu Kavuni rice for 6-8 hours overnight
- Strain the rice and grind it in the Mixie coarsely
- Cook the grounded rice along with water as needed
- At the last stage, add milk and salt to taste
- Serve it hot with small onions and coconut chutney
